Right in the heart of the state capital stands the "Wasserkunst," built in the style of a Norman castle. In addition to the host’s loft apartment, this building—restored in accordance with historic preservation guidelines—features two lovingly furnished vacation apartments (“Otto” and “Wilhelm”) in the southern half of the house, each with its own entrance. A park-like garden invites you to barbecue and relax. Parking spaces as well as a garage for cars and motorcycles are available on our secure property.
My studio is located on our property, so I’m almost always available. I’m also happy to show you my work as well as our house museum.
