About this house rental
A renovated 70m² former riding arena, 3 minutes by car from amenities, with a central wood-burning stove as the sole source of heating (wood provided). Located facing the fields, adjoining our house and in a quiet area, this unique accommodation will charm you with its open-plan living space: - a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, hob, microwave, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker), - a TV lounge with a traditional sofa and a 140x190cm sofa bed, - a living room with a table for 4, - a 140x190cm bed on a slatted base and a wardrobe for your belongings; as well as a separate bathroom with toilet and shower. Vanity unit, hairdryer and towel warmer. The accommodation also has a terrace with tables, chairs and a barbecue, a small enclosed and tree-lined courtyard, and a free parking space. Access to the accommodations are via a gate and a secure key box. Ideal for 2, 3 or 4 people, arriving by car, bicycle or motorcycle; Numerous activities are available nearby: cycle path (flax cycle route), beaches (Fécamp 12km, Yport 25km, Etretat 30km, Le Havre 45km), restaurants, hiking, etc. Farm products are available nearby (cider, milk, etc.). 2.5 hours from Paris. Baby package available upon request including: travel cot, changing table, high chair, for an additional €15 per stay. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
