Our vacation homes in the vacation village are located a short distance from Boltenhagen’s white sandy beach, on the edge of the Klützer Bach Nature Reserve. Spacious lawns and mature trees create the impression of an idyllic clearing in the middle of the forest. Yet it’s only 400 meters to the town center, and the beach is just a short walk away. On the edge of the traffic-calmed complex, a large meadow features a playground with a climbing frame, swings, a ping-pong table, and a sandbox—the perfect spot for our younger guests to run and play. Our reception desk at the Residenz Seestern is about a 10-minute walk away. There, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety plugs for electrical outlets and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request. Next to the reception desk, you’ll also find a wide variety of restaurants.

Welcome to your vacation home in the vacation village of Boltenhagen. We look forward to your visit.

First floor: Consists of a living room with an adjoining dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, stove with ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, and much more.
The living room area features a wood-burning stove, which makes for truly cozy evenings. The flat-screen TV is perfect for watching interesting shows.
The bedroom features a sleeper chair measuring 80 cm x 160 cm. This allows the house to accommodate up to 5 people. Please contact HP-Touristik in advance if you plan to stay at our house with 5 people!
The bedroom is also equipped with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and storage space. It’s ideal as a children’s room or playroom (games and stuffed animals are available). The room is also very well suited for seniors, as the beds are raised, making it easy to get in and out.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower, and hair dryer. A washing machine is also available here.
Upper floor: Here you’ll find a large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a closet, a desk, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of storage space. For our younger guests, a travel crib, a changing table, and a high chair are available. A separate bathroom with a toilet, sink, and bathtub is accessible directly from the bedroom.
All windows are equipped with roller shutters and insect screens.
From the living room, you step directly onto the adjoining terrace. It is fully furnished with a beach chair, table, chairs, a parasol, and lounge chairs. From here, you have an unobstructed view of the surrounding greenery.
In front of the house is a second terrace where you can soak up the morning sun. In the adjoining storage room, you’ll find 2 bicycles (subject to availability) for picking up bread, a handcart for the little ones, and toys for the beach.
