Charming studio of 11 m2 with all comforts, ideally located in the heart of the historic district of old Nice a few meters from the Place Rossetti.
On the 4th FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR in a typical building of the old town; secured by camera. Quiet, window overlooking the inner courtyard. Small studio but very well equipped! Located 200 meters from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais; very close also to the tram stop .
A typical Nice and exotic stay in the most beautiful part of Old Nice.

A mini studio of 11 m2, pretty and cozy, offering all the essentials and comfort for 1 or 2 travelers!
Equipped kitchen area with in particular: a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, kettle, toaster. TV with wifi. Closet with storage. Bathroom with shower. The water heater is small, enough for 2 but you should not take showers too long! Living room with small table + chairs. Sofa bed BZ comfortable (140 cm / 190 cm) and offering one or two beds. SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED. Olive oil, salt, pepper, saucepan, pan, glasses, cups, plates are available to cook if you wish. PARKING: The accommodation does not have parking. You must make your arrangements if you come by car: you have either the corvesy parking lot or the courthouse parking lot. These are the closest to the studio (5 min). The price is 24e/ 24h. Otherwise around the old Nice you could find a place but the majority of the parking is paid.
Non-smoking accommodation. Please respect the furniture and the neighborhood.
I TAKE CARE OF THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT MYSELF BETWEEN 2PM AND 8PM. FOR THE CHECK-INS, IF YOU HAVE TO ARRIVE AFTER 8PM, I WOULD ASK YOU TO PAY ME 50 E FOR THE LATE MOVE. I REFUSE THE CHECK-INS AFTER 10 PM. See you soon!
