Welcome to Apartment 42 in Building 2 of the Vier Jahreszeiten!
This cozy two-room apartment, decorated in light tones and measuring 46 square meters, can accommodate four people: Perfect for a family with two children!
The combined living, dining, and bedroom area features a cozy sofa, an armchair, a sideboard, and a flat-screen TV. A large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals and game nights, or for planning your next vacation excursions. A large, comfortable double bed and a wardrobe are at your disposal. For a bit more privacy, the sleeping area is visually separated from the living area.
The separate children’s bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and a two-door wardrobe.
The built-in kitchenette features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
In the interior shower room, you’ll find a shower with a flexible shower screen and a walk-in design. A hair dryer, heated towel rack, and lighted mirror are also provided.
From the furnished balcony with seating, you’ll enjoy a side view of the ocean, and from noon until evening, you can relax here in a sunny spot.
Thanks to its location near the beach, you can be on the new promenade and with your feet in the warm sand in just a few minutes.
The South Beach is patrolled by the DLRG during the swimming season and is perfect for a vacation with children—not only for this reason, but also because of the shallow water, the frequently appearing sandbars, the beach chair rentals, the new playgrounds on the beach, and the “Kinderinsel” entertainment team.

Complex:
The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, non-assigned parking space for each residential unit.
The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
