About this house rental
Only 20km and 20 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit.
Need rest and calm after an eventful day at the circuit? This fully equipped house is ideal for a relaxing stay. Our accommodation offers a large living room of 65 m2, as well as four bedrooms including a master suite.
In this vast exterior, a garden of 5000m2 and a wood of 8000m2.
The house has a heated swimming pool, a 6-seater spa.
The space is enclosed and secure with a motorized gate that can accommodate many cars.
Fully equipped kitchen (Thermomix, Cookeo, air fryer, classic coffee maker and Nespresso...) open to the living room.
A master suite with 180 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 180 cm double bed, a third and fourth bedroom with double bed.

Pantry with washing machine and dryer.
Enclosed parking with electric gate for at least 15 cars.
Everything is available so that you can feel at home.
We have two very sociable cats who will walk around the garden and who will have exclusive access to the garage which is locked.

Beautiful home in a serene location. Heated pool was fabulous. This house is not a rental - it's a full time living space for the owners and it comes off more like staying at a friends house with their belongings pushed aside for you to have a bit of room to unload your things. There are two showers but for travelers from the US, know that there is one toilet room in the house. Common in France, but it is something good to know if you're not used to that setup. Wonderful host who was helpful, kind and welcoming.
