About this apartment rental
This large, bright two-room apartment with a rooftop terrace is located on the top floor (2nd floor). There are two flights of stairs to climb. The first flight is straight and somewhat steep. The second flight is narrow and slightly curved, with handrails on both sides. The apartment is functional, modern, and very well-equipped. You’ll find a spacious living area with a large kitchenette. From the dining table, you look out into the living area, which features a genuine leather sofa set, a large TV, modern furniture, a radio and CD player, and a bookshelf. Adjacent to this is your section of a large rooftop terrace. You’ll enjoy a magnificent view over Marienberg all the way to the edge of the forest.
The bedroom, with its wood-paneled sloped ceiling and a wooden beam in the room, is very cozy. The double bed (200x180) has a narrow walkway to the left, next to the wall. A large closet and a small, cozy sitting area round out this room. The spacious bathroom with a window is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
