Beautiful 85 m² duplex in the very heart of Châlons-en-Champagne. Superb old half-timbered building in the medieval style, with magnificent views of the Place de la République and the medieval Saint-Alp church. Numerous shops, restaurants, the Parc du Jars, and many other activities await you in this gem in the heart of Champagne. The tourist office is just steps away. Châlons train station is within walking distance. A perfect place for couples, families, students, or business travelers, in a quiet, charming city waiting to be discovered. This very attractive, well-organized duplex features an open-plan kitchen, a spacious living room, a dining area, a 124cm 4K QLED Samsung TV, fiber optic Wi-Fi throughout, two toilets, and two comfortable bedrooms upstairs at the top of the internal staircase. Superb view of the Place de la République. The Jars parks and the Marne canals are just steps away for wonderful walks, bike rides, or scooter trips. Guests have access to both floors of this charming and comfortable duplex: living room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, toilet, and bathroom with bathtub on the lower floor; two spacious bedrooms with desks and double beds, toilet, and shower on the upper floor. And a magnificent view of the Place de la République, in the heart of Châlons-en-Champagne. Guests can contact us directly on the website or reach Julie, our local manager who lives nearby, at any time on her mobile phone. Please note that the accommodations are in the center of Place de la République, that it is an old building full of charm, and therefore there may be live music in the square during the summer evenings! Thank you for your understanding. ATTENTION Please note that this is an old building. The entrance staircase to the building's common areas is very narrow. We are on the 2nd floor, door marked "Duplex Cosy 85". Please respect the neighbors and do not make noise in the building's common areas. The two upstairs bedrooms have half-timbering and exposed beams. It's superb, but be careful not to bump into the low beam in the upstairs hallway and the first bedroom (no risk, though, as they're well protected!). Please also note that the staircase to the apartment is narrow because it's an old building, and carrying bulky objects is difficult;
