Living/Dining Area: Spacious living area with comfortable upholstered furniture, an electric fireplace, and a TV. A large dining table for 4 people invites you to linger.
Kitchen: Well-equipped country-style kitchen with an additional dining area for 4 people.
Bedroom: Cozy double bed, dresser, built-in closet, TV, and window.
Bathroom 1: Modern shower room with a window on the living level.
A wide, easy-to-navigate staircase leads to the attic

Garden: An outdoor area is available for your exclusive use on the property, featuring a brick charcoal grill, a beach chair, a garden lounger, and a seating area. In the garden shed, you’ll find a sauna with loungers and a separate restroom for shared use. In the garage, there’s a small separate room with a washer and dryer at your disposal. In the garden, you can store your bicycles under cover and securely.
