Some trips are a weekend. The best ones last a week or more. Casa Colorado is a newly built (2024), professionally designed 4-bedroom townhome in Wheat Ridge. It’s quiet and walkable, with downtown Denver and the mountains each a short drive away. It sleeps 10 and has a private rooftop deck with a fire pit and Rocky Mountain views. Stays start at 4 nights, and weekly and monthly stays get discounts.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. It’s was the perfect size for 8 people. Great eating space to be together and many rooms & bathrooms to give us privacy. We loved the outdoor patios for activities. Many nice store to shop for all our needs.

Had a wonderful stay at Casa Colorado! The place looked brand new and was clean, modern and spacious. The location was great for our planned activities and plenty of convenient amenities very nearby (grocery store, restaurants, etc.). Kevin, the host, was very responsive and accommodating - couldn't ask for a better host! If we are back in the area next year, would rent Casa Colorado again!

First off the house was as shown in the pictures and description, new build clean. But it is surrounded by the construction of the other units so the parking is little to none. The garage is made for a compact car.you can fit one car in front of the garage and by the house if the contractor isn’t parked there and they will show up in the morning and block you in so you have to find some one to move the trucks and deal with that the whole time. The host was responsive to the situation, but they would move vehicle and then just move one right back in.also a/c unit didn’t work house has a lot of west facing windows and no blinds so it gets hot in the afternoon and no blinds in the upper bathroom so the guys on the scaffolding working on the house beside the unit can look right in the bathroom. Neighborhood isn’t a bad streets really busy for pulling in and out of the unit.
