About this villa rental
Spacious detached 3 bedroom villa, ideal for a couples or family holiday. Master bedroom with double bed, and patio doors leading out onto the terrace / pool area. Ensuite bathroom, large bath with shower over, his & her basins. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds & has a large flat screen TV & Xbox. Bedroom 3 is also a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a family sized bathroom with a large walkin shower. Lovely bright open plan living room with huge comfy corner sofa, large flatscreen TV ( with lots of UK channels, movies & sports ), & DVD player. There is a dining area with seating for 6. The living room has 2 sets of patio doors leading to the garden / terraces & pool. Fully equipped kitchen ( newly fitted (2025). Private garden, pergola covered patio, with comfortable seating area, outdoor dining area with canopy & a Canarian style BBQ. Own swimming pool with roman steps & hand rail. There is a solar cover (can be electric heated in the winter months - cost 50 Euros per week). Air-conditioning in all bedrooms & living room (extra charge 125 Euros per week). Outside has terracing & artificial grassed area with 3 hole putting green, and established planting. Roof terrace for sun worshippers, and fabulous views.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at this villa and are already looking at booking again for next year.We were a family of five and the villa suited us perfectly. The pool was excellent and kept everyone entertained, while the outdoor space was a real highlight. There were plenty of comfortable seating areas, a great BBQ, and lots of space to relax, eat and enjoy the sunshine.Inside, the villa was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was ideal too, just a 15 minute walk to a couple of restaurants, a supermarket and the beach, so we rarely needed to use the car.We had such a wonderful holiday that we’re already checking availability for next year. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to other families looking for a relaxing and well-equipped place to stay.

This villa was immaculate, private and secure. Shops were close by as was the beach. The pool was perfect to cool off in! We come each year to Fuerteventura and stay in a villa and we all agreed this years was the best!! Thankyou!

The house was so spacious and the outside space was just perfect! The pool was large and we paid extra to have it heated, this was a must and meant we could spend all week enjoying it!The house was well equipped and felt like a home away from home. Check in instructions were very comprehensive and clear. This villa was fabulous and I would highly recommend it!!

Disappointed that the pool guy just lets himself in to clean the pool without letting us know. Disappointed that there wasn't enough hot water for a bath . Disappointed that that jacuzzi bath doesn't work. Did not like the cameras in the hall way and living room - felt like we were being spied on. Did not like the notes on everything, was not very relaxing. Very close to other properties - so you are overlooked when they go on their roofs and are noisy . . This property would suit a family that doesn't care about adjacent properties. Check in was very rapid - but didn't feel friendly. Did like the cleanliness which is needed as there was an ant problem ( normal for this area )
