Didn't have breakfast
Bathroom needed a couple of repairs. Living area had an air conditioner that was to noisy when TV was on so we had to turn it off. TV aerial was missing so couldn't get TV channels until 2nd night when receptionist got a new one.

It was close to the venue that we needed to be near.
The staff - the man at reception was super lovely

Receptionists were all lovely and helpful. It was close to where we wanted to go. Beds were comfortable.
One lift had sheets up instead of walls. The name we had was Oaks Flemington Suites, but name on building was ALT, so we found it hard to find. The oven did not work and had only the inner glass door and not the outside one.
