Alexander's Mountain Loft, a modern and functional loft apartment, mountain views from the dining room and balcony, new large bathroom with a spacious shower, and the balcony is welcome to be used for smoking - Ashtrays provided, TV in the kitchen/living room with Netflix and Prime; the modern vacation rental has been completely renovated; the master bedroom features an excellent box-spring bed and a new, large closet; the second bedroom features a sofa bed and a desk; there’s a closet in the private entryway for your shoes, jackets, and coats; if you don’t bring your own slippers, a pair is provided, You can enjoy the mountain views from the kitchen, bedroom, balcony, and dining room. The owner’s family is happy to assist you as best they can with any questions or tips for excursions. We want you to feel completely at home here and look forward to having you back. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for people who have difficulty climbing stairs.
You can reach major cities like Munich, Salzburg, or Innsbruck in just one hour. The mountain scenery, including the Wendelstein, is right on your doorstep, ready for you to explore and enjoy. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a bakery, savings bank, doctors’ offices, and a pharmacy; a supermarket; restaurants; an ice cream shop; a tourist information office; a bus stop right next door; a swimming pool; and a Kneipp facility, all within a 5-minute walk. You can start your hiking and mountain biking tours right from the accommodation. It’s a 5-minute drive from the Bad Aibling/Bad Feilnbach highway exit.
After your arrival, I’d be happy to show you around the area or point out the best hiking and mountain biking trails (starting points). Your hosts are Alexander, Simon (son), Daniel (son), and Anna (grandma). We all live in the same house and are here to help you as best we can.
