About this apartment rental
Charming, newly renovated 2-room apartment of 38m². Located on a raised first floor facing south, you'll enjoy a lovely sea view from the living room and terrace. It comprises a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A new sofa bed is available in the living room for up to 4 people. Air conditioning is provided in the living room. The residence is 50m from the sea, 800m from the beach, and 150m from the town center, close to shops and restaurants. Boat departures from the port to St. Tropez are just 200m away! Free underground parking space (220x230cm). No arrivals after 7pm except in exceptional circumstances; please inquire at the reservation. Linen and cleaning services are available for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.

Excellent location and Sandrine (the person who manages it) is extremely communicative and responsive. The checkin and checkout process were easy (she meets you at the property).The location of the appartement is great -- very close to the center of town and restaurants and with a great view of the sea. The parking space is also much appreciated (note that it is a tight fit that you need to back into but very do-able).There are a few issues worth noting about the place. It does not come with sheets (or towels). Sandrine did let us know a day before (thankfully else we would have come with nothing to put on the beds) and it is an extra charge to get sheets and towels. I told her that this was not in the VRBO listing and she was going to see about getting it fixed (if you know about it, it's not a real issue -- just plan and account for it). The other issue also is that it is very barebones in terms of what they provide: there is one roll of toilet paper and a hand towel. That's it. So bring soap, detergent, sponges, etc. Providing a starter set or even leaving what others leave behind would go a long way in making this easier. The AC is brand new and works great but is *only* in the front room (not the bedroom). We were able to cool the bedroom by keeping it lower and using a fan but worth noting. The AC was much appreciated in the heat wave.Overall, a nice place to stay close to the center of St Maxime. We were 2 adults and two young kids.
