The property is located only a few blocks from Roma Termini, which is quite convenient, is clean, has nice amenities (like a refrigerator in the room and great air conditioning). The hosts are quite pleasant and gave good recommendations for eating nearby. There is a private outdoor space that is quite nice and relatively quiet, given that you’re in the middle of Rome. Note that the information says that breakfast is available for a fee, but that is not the case - but again, hosts have good recommendations. My only concerns were that the WiFi went out on two different days, and I wasn’t sure what I needed to do to checkout (and I messaged the hosts through the app the day before but received no response). They have left a phone number at the front desk to call for questions or concerns but my international cell plan doesn’t allow calls and the hosts are not on WhatsApp.

We had no idea what to expect when travelling to Rome. The entrance to the suites is very understated however as soon as we arrived, we were greeted at the door and were helped with our bags. The check in process was very smooth and the staff was so helpful. The wifi was great.
The room was very clean, well stocked with extra pillows and blankets, and the AC worked exceptionally well.
There was a rain shower that worked gloriously after a day in the heat, exploring the sights.
It’s a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini and about a 30 minute walk from the major sites including the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps. We walked back late at night and felt very safe.
