An absolutely beautiful hotel! Can’t say enough about it. It’s stunning with gorgeous rooms. Bed was so comfortable, unlike others at Mexican resorts. The room was impeccably appointed and the staff extremely helpful. The food was good as well.

I loved how attentive helpful and kind the staff were. The room was beautiful. And the location was right by the archeological zone for Chichen Itza so I could go multiple times. This is the place to stay if your main goal is to explore Chichen Itza. The spa was also very nice. We found a good economical way to reach it is by Tren Maya the train is very nice.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Mexico. The staff were particularly amazing. Always attentive. Exceptionally helpful. The food was also excellent! It was amazing to have such a great hotel at the Chichen Itza's doorstep. Excellent value for money as well.

A fantastic place to stay! It's a lovely resort with nice amenities and a great restaurant. Super close to Chichin Itza with great parking.
