Filthy, unsafe, and neglected: broken safety hazards, ants, and an unresponsive manager made this a

Location.

By far the dirtiest, most poorly maintained rental I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we cringed at everything we touched, and the longer we stayed, the worse it got. Cleanliness and sanitation: The unit was filthy throughout. We found used tissue tucked inside the kitchen tools drawer and used, unwashed plates still sitting in the dish cabinet. The bathroom plunger had clearly never been cleaned and was rusted through, genuinely alarming from a hygiene standpoint. The microwave was so dirty it was unusable. Ants were present throughout the apartment for the entire stay. Neighbors told us they had never seen a cleaning crew go in between guests, which lines up with everything we found. Safety hazards: The bathroom cabinet door was broken in a way that made it dangerous, a real risk to my kids, and something no family should have to manage around during a vacation. This should have been fixed before any guest, let alone a family with children, was allowed to check in. Condition of the unit: The living room furniture was visibly deteriorating and had been covered in rags in an attempt to hide it, which only made the space feel more neglected and unsanitary. One of the air conditioning units did not work at all, which was a serious problem given we were dealing with 100+ degree days and 60%+ humidity. There was no meaningful way to stay cool in that room. Price and value: For what we paid, this was outright robbery. No guest should be charged premium rates to stay in a unit with broken safety fixtures, an AC unit that did not work in extreme heat, and this level of uncleanliness. I believe I am owed a refund. Management and communication: The owner/property manager was abrasive, unresponsive, and made no real effort to correct any of the issues we raised.

Relaxing getaway in La Manga

The place was very spacious, located in a pretty resort with a pool, very close to the beaches of La Manga and Cabo de Palos. The host was very attentive and responsive. Would definitely go back.

The cleaning could be better.

La Manga again next year, no doubt! THANKS!

We, as a family, with 2 teenagers, we loved. It's a amazing place, beautiful, very peaceful, and the facilities and offers around are absolutely fantastic.

We enjoyed everything. The only suggestion, perhaps, would be to have a supermarket, but the truth is, in 15/20 minutes by car,, we have several big supermarkets.

La ubicación frente a la piscina. La casa estaba bien equipada y era muy cómoda.

Si le tengo que poner un pero, creo que le falta mantenimiento.
