Stay away
Nothing much besides the fact that it was close to the general hospital which we were going for surgery
First we got there it was late so we couldn't go anywhere else. There is no stairs inside but outside there are alot of stairs so people travelling with older parents, people that are having surgery nd might be weaker or anyone with mobility issues you might want to think somewhere else. And also it was last month in february where there was still snow and the stairs were icy and not shoveled so dangerous.
Then we get inside and there was a cigarette and lighter on the side of the window, hair on the murphy bed and we couldn't bring up the temperature passed 68 in the living room during the night so had to sleep with a scarf and sweatshirts. We left the next morning for the surgery and booked a different hotel last minute because bringing back someone right after surgery there was impossible and we weren't too sure about the cleaning...
Since then....so for a month now....the person in charge has been texting me and calling me saying they will try to fix this issue and they are sorry...I am not asking for a full refund, i am not even asking for half a refund which i could totally ask for since we didn't stay for the whole reservation....we were asking to at least refund the price we had to pay for one night at the hotel we booked last minute....all they are doing now is making me wait AND asking me to send them a written proof that i will not post a bad review.....so beware they will play nice and say we want to fix the issue but only want us to sign something saying we wont write a bad review and do nothing else....not sure the people before me really had a nice stay or were just cohersed into writing something acceptable.
I don't recommend this place unless you want to pay a fsir bit of money without possible refund and then stay somewhere where the only positive point is location if you are going to hospital otherwize choose somewhere else

Don't Stop there !!! un aribnb 2* loué au prix d'un 4*
la localisation est parfaite géographiquement. les équipements sont standards (clim douche toilette) et corrects (pour ceux présents dans la cuisine)
Comment cet établissement peut il etre noté 4-5 étoiles par les visiteurs - je n'ai vu qu'un commentaire reflétant ici réellement la réalité:
- l'appartement donne sur rue et est tellement mal isolé, mal insonnorisé que l'on vit avecc les voisins (qui font du bruit jusqu'à une heure du matin) et au rythme des fetards de la nuit, des camions du matin avec le doux sentiment d'experimenter le camping urbain. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit
- les photos sont trompeuses : l'appartement à l'air neuf, il ne l'est pas. de nombreux défauts de mobilier, une porte de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas, un dégat des eaux réparé à la va vite, une porte de placard dégondé, un équipement sommaire 1 fourchette pour 4, 3 cuillères...
- des mouches nous attendaient dans la cuisine en arrivant (4-5 quand meme). Nous n'avons au début pas compris pourquoi. le couloir sent bon et on ne fait pas attention au premier abord au fait qu'il y a des désodorisants branchés partout. On comprend le lendemain quand on doit aller sortir les poubelles : la porte de l'arrière de l'immeuble ne ferme pas et sert de dépotoire à une bonne partie de la rue. les poubelles jonche le sol et les murs doivent servir de pissotière. l'odeur qui prend à la gorge dès l'entrée dans le couloir et en sortant est immonde... et chaque entrebaillement de porte laisse entrer les mouches dans la résidence.

Quand on sait qu'en plus nous avons rencontré un problème dans notre voyage, que nous avons demandé bien à l'avance d'annuler notre venue. Que l'hote nous a d'abord indiqué que booking imposait une non refund policy, que lorsqu'il lui a été mis sous le nez que c'était le propriétaire qui choisissait, il nous a dit s'en tenir à une stricte politique de non remboursement comme si de rien n'était.
