The property is new and the rooms were clean and spacious. Joanna reached out before we arrived and helped with ordering our tickets to Zhangjiajie National Park and Tianmen Mountain. I really appreciated her help with changing our entrance times and days due to the weather. I highly recommend this hotel.

everything was good
.Its location is very close to the National Park, but it is far from the Glass Bridge, the Gate of Heaven, and the 72-story building

Good location. New and fresh rooms. Decent size.
No restaurant on site. No western food nearby. Only way to get food was to order takeaway off an app.
