Pretty house & lovely private garden in an excellent location near the beach. The host was very kind, hospitable & responsive & came out to meet us when our taxi there got lost. He communicated well beforehand. We were brought an extra blanket & toilet rolls & someone came to show us how to use the cooker. We were even invited to his wedding party ! The house was spacious & comfortable, & near to all the restaurants & bars.We would definitely go back.
There could have been instructions for the appliances. It would have been good to have some cotton top sheets on the beds (we had light covers & blankets) & a drying up cloth. The toilet seemed to have water running a bit but perhaps it was meant to.

Beautifully designed property with a lovely outdoor area featuring a barbecue and shaded seating, perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essential utensils and appliances needed for a comfortable stay.
The property is in urgent need of better maintenance. Two of the air conditioning units perform very poorly. During our stay in early July, the afternoon temperatures inside the villa became extremely uncomfortable. One of the AC units also displayed constant error messages and repeatedly shut itself off, making it even harder to keep the villa cool. Fortunately, the indoor temperature became more tolerable at night.
The villa would also benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. At first glance it appears clean, but a closer look reveals that it has not received proper detailed maintenance for some time.
The bathroom is functional but requires attention. The toilet works properly, but its worn, faded finish gives the impression of being dirty. The same applies to the sink and shower. The shower is only partially functional and is clearly in need of repair.
As for the staff, the only time we needed assistance they responded quickly and came to inspect the air conditioning issue. They acknowledged the problem and told us that maintenance would come to fix it. Unfortunately, no one ever arrived, and we received no further communication for the remainder of our stay.
