We were staying in Chalet Solaris with a group of 6 colleagues from work, extending our business trip to Bucharest with a short stay in the mountains. Buşteni is very easy to reach by train, with multiple direct connections per day from the Bucharest North railway station. The chalet is about half an hour walking from the railway station of Buşteni.
Chalet Solaris is easily one of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever stayed in. There are 6 bedrooms, most of them with their own private bathroom. There is a spacious living room, with various indoor, semi-outdoor and outdoor seating options. The veranda with the glass panes gives you the feeling of being a bit outside, yet sheltered from bad or chilly weather. It also has heating, so you can comfortably sit there even if it's cold outside. The stairs in the accommodation are a bit steep, especially the ones to the bedrooms on the attic. But there is also a bedroom on the ground floor which is a lot more easily accessible.
The accommodation is beautifully designed, very well maintained and very fully equipped. There are plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery, kitchen tools, toiletries. There are two kitchens inside and one kitchen outside. We had a nice barbecue in the outdoor kitchen. There is a separate game room with a pool billiard table. The garden and game room are shared with the accommodation next door. For those seeking solitude, there is also a small chapel in the garden.
When we arrived, we were welcomed by a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates. Our hostess was very kind. She provided us with all kinds of tips for things we could do in the region. And she offered to drive us to the supermarket to get some groceries.
Nothing. Everything was perfect. I think the only thing we missed was a tea towel to dry the dishes that we washed by hand instead of in the dishwasher (which was also available).

Mobilata cu gust si foarte curata. Utilata cu tot ce este nevoie. Spatii de relaxare multe si foarte bine izolata fonic. Totul este la superlativ.

Totul a fost minunat,peste asteptari! Foarte curat, mobilier nou, totul organizat cum trebuie. La foisor,in zona de gratar este foarte bine organizat, curat, spatiu suficient.
Camerele mari, spatioase, fiecare cu baie proprie, extrem de curat. Am apreciat spatiul generos din living unde am putut sta cu totii.
Proprietara extrem de amabila si saritoare pt orice intrebare am avut. Recomand cu mare incredere pt grupuri mai mari si nu numai!
Nu e cazul.
