The location of the property was great. The host was wonderful and so helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable! The room was under £30 on a Saturday, so we expected this to reflect on that price but we were pleasantly surprised. The room is basic, so don't expect the Ritz. You will need to bring your own hairdryer etc. There is no TV in the room, however, there is a lovely little communal lounge and large fully equipped kitchen. I was worried about a shared bathroom but had no issues at all. There is a bathroom on the first floor and on the top floor. Shops within walking distance and town easy to get to! We will use this place whenever we're in Liverpool! What an absolute bargain!

The attic room that we had was a bit of a pain to get in and out of bed, as was very compact but this was my only bugbear

I was very surprise how clean was there. Super clean kitchen bathroom and room. Kitchen have everything what you need to stay in for couple days.bed very comfy.

Well can't complain because I know it before booking but will be nice if small TV will be in room.for me 10/10 anyway.
