Localisation intéressante si on est véhiculé. A partir de Rutigliano, on est à 15/30m (selon la circulation) de Bari / Monopoli / Polignano, très bonne base pour explorer cette région des pouilles.
Equipements OK : cuisine équipée / Clim / TV / Machine à laver.
Quelques détails qui ne doivent pas dissuader mais qu'il est important de préciser :
- Attention au parking si vous êtes véhiculé, le stationement peut être complexe, il y a un parking public gratuit à 100m du logement mais il est plein en fin de journée, on a toujours réussi à se garer en tournant un peu mais pas super agréable après une journée active.
- Pas de clim dans la chambre, on n'était pas en pleine canicule donc OK mais attention à la météo pendant le séjour.
- Un petit dej est offert par le biais de ticket à donner au café d'en bas qui n'est pas d'une grande qualité..
- Manque une petite table basse, et une TV moins haute dans le salon (on se tort un peu le cou)

Veoma udoban apartman, opremljen svim neophodnim stvarima za boravak kao kod kuće. Poseban ugođaj je na terasi pokrivenoj vinovom lozom. Sve uživo izgleda lepše nego na slikama. Domaćin Vito je veoma gostoljubiv i komunikativan. I gaji zaista odlično vino koje smo probali. Često putujem poslom ili turistički i potpisujem da je ovo jedan od najboljih smeštaja u kojima sam boravio. Posebno preporučujem porodicama sa decom, a siguran sam da će i parovi uživati. Uz smeštaj dobijate i kafu i kroasane za doručak u kafeu koji je na 20 metara od apartmana.
Jedina zamerka nema veze s apartmanom nego s parkiranjem u Rutiljanu. Pošto je apartman u centru starog grada najbliži slobodan parking je na 2-3 minuta laganog hoda.

Die Wohnung war neu renoviert und alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber!
Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns hilfreiche Tipps, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig und Parkplätze waren in der Nähe verfügbar.
