Adoramos tudo neste alojamento, eu e o meu namorado ficamos aqui 8 noites, é uma villa grande, privada num sítio muito tranquilo, tens o privilégio de acordar todos os dias com os sons da natureza.. A piscina e a casa de banho são incríveis, aqui consegues aproveitar o melhor que ubud tem para oferecer.. Queríamos prolongar a nossa estadia aqui mas infelizmente a villa já estava reservada para os dias seguintes…O Madya foi incrível, super simpático e sempre preocupado com o nosso bem-estar… Definitivamente quando voltar a ubud iremos ficar aqui novamente

Die Villa ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Motorroller ist man in 20 Minuten in Ubud und noch schneller in den Reisfeldern. Made ist ein äußerst hilfsbereiter und netter Gastgeber. Alles perfekt sauber und gemütlich. Die kleine Küche bietet das Nötigste, wir sind ohnehin immer essen gegangen. Toller Pool mit schöner Beleuchtung am Abend. Sehr bequeme Matratze.

Отличная вилла за свои деньги, мы снимали примерно за 35USD сутки в начале 2026 года.
Напор в душе просто отличный. Прекрасный бассейн, который позволяет расслабиться в жаркую погоду. Возможность проводить время на вилле.
Хорошая приватность. Вы можете достаточно комфортно проводить время в уединении со своей второй половинкой.
Отличный смарт телевизор с возможностью выхода в интернет и просмотра фильмов и сериалов если вы приехали надолго или на улице затяжные дожди.
Наличие холодильника и всей кухоннных принадлежностей является неоспоримыми преимуществом.
К сожалению не думаю, что это уже как-то зависит от владельцев виллы, так как она полностью построена, но мы попали в сезон дождей и тем, кто планирует быть на вилле в дождливый сезон, следует знать, что на вилле достаточно сыро и очень пахнет плесенью, кондиционер в режиме осушения и вентилятор не помогали справиться с этим запахом так что если у кого то есть аллергия имейте это ввиду.
Также постоянно выбивает свет, особенно если если бассейн включен на очищение (мотор) из-за этого приходилось часто выходить на улице чтобы включить рубильник на стене (ночью на рисовых полях постоянно ищешь змей в растительности).
Достаточно много живности. Имею ввиду что вашими гостями всегда будут лягушки, которых в открытой ванной много и герконы и пауки, комары, мелкие мошки которых поедает большой гекон и также видел змейку примерно 50 см. Главное держите двери на виллу закрытыми!
Громкие соседи и орущие петухи за стеной которые будят первые пару дней пребывания на вилле в 5 утра.
Ночью вставать в туалет было не комфортно из-за того что ванная открытого типа и были вечные гости, но и закрыть имеющимся деревянным навесом тоже не решало вопрос так как тогда пар не уходил вовсе из-за чего была влажность слишком повышена. Так что мы вернули все как и было с открытым навесом а у тебя джунгли в туалете 😁
Все эти так сказать «минусы» перекрываются приятным общением с хозяином виллы и хорошей ценой.

The best thing about this villa is, without a doubt, the host. We wanted to highlight this first because whenever there was an issue, he was always there to help us, responding incredibly quickly and doing everything he could to find a solution. His kindness, availability, and genuine willingness to help made a real difference throughout our stay. A wonderful host who deserves a solid 10/10!
We also really appreciated the privacy of the villa. Many villas in Bali feel quite open and exposed, whereas this one feels much more secluded, intimate, and cosy. Another big highlight is the swimming pool, which is slightly larger than average and something we really enjoyed throughout our stay.
there are several areas that we believe could be improved. We’re sharing these observations with the best intentions, both as constructive feedback for the owner and to help future guests know what to expect.
Maintenance: The villa is beautiful and has so much potential, but it’s clear that it needs more attention. The wooden flooring is damaged in several areas, with some holes even covered with pieces of paper. This didn’t particularly bother us, but it does take away from the charm of an otherwise lovely property.
Cleanliness: This was probably our biggest disappointment. While the villa appeared reasonably clean when we arrived, the kitchen was clearly in need of a proper deep clean. The fridge wasn’t entirely clean, the kettle was extremely dirty inside, and some of the cutlery didn’t feel particularly hygienic to use. This was especially frustrating for us because we specifically booked a villa with a kitchen as we were working remotely during our stay and wanted to prepare some of our meals at home. Unfortunately, the condition of the kitchen meant we ended up eating out every single day. The bathroom was acceptable, although it could also benefit from a thorough deep clean.
Insects and pool maintenance: We completely understand that staying in the middle of nature in Bali comes with insects and wildlife, and this was something we were fully prepared for. However, we do feel that better maintenance could help prevent some of the issues we experienced. For example, one of the things we loved about the villa was having a sofa to relax on, but dead ants kept falling from the ceiling every day, to the point where we eventually stopped using it. We also repeatedly found frog eggs in the swimming pool, which made us wonder whether the filtration system and pool maintenance were working as effectively as they should.
