公寓位置很市中心，就在機場巴士下車處不遠，走路不到5分鐘就抵達。屋主給的入住指示很齊全，還專門拍影片指導。住宿附近有許多餐廳可供選擇，是在Tirana的絕佳住宿選擇
一切都很好，可是公寓所在的大樓有些老舊，樓梯破損嚴重，我入住時公寓廁所裡的燈壞了，只能靠鏡子的微弱燈光照明

Fairly clean apartment in the heart of Tirana.
Everything is within a 5-minute walk: restaurants, tourist attractions, cafés, and supermarkets. Very practical for taking the airport shuttle.
There is a little kitchen area, a TV and a lot of towels.
The apartment is located on a busy street, so as soon as you open the windows a bit, you hear the ambient noise.
The mattress is very hard. Personally, it didn't bother me, but if you are sensitive, it might not be comfortable.
There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The main bathroom light didn't work, so I had to use the mirror light, which fortunately was working. I reported this to the host.
The kitchen area really needs updating. It is very narrow, and the appliances are generally outdated and not well maintained. Some of the basic essentials are missing, such as dish soap, tea towels and paper towels. I had to use my own tissues to dry the dishes that I washed before and after use. The frying pan is severely worn out and unusable; it would be wise to replace it or simply remove it. Other guests had already mentioned this issue in the reviews. Fortunately, there was a pot that I was able to use for cooking.
The elevator is unreliable. Twice, I called it to go down, and it didn't come, so I had to carry my suitcase down all 4 floors. Going up, it doesn't work from the ground floor (level 0) and is only accessible from the first floor (level 1). :-(
I didn't meet the host at all. She asked me to leave the room payment in the key lockbox. Since I didn't have exact change, I asked her the evening before my departure to leave my change in the box. The next morning, I noticed she hadn't collected the money and therefore hadn't left my change. Fortunately, it was only a matter of €1, but with larger banknotes, the situation could have been delicate. I find this management unprofessional.
Fortunately, it was just for one night. I wouldn't recommend for a long stay.

Air Conditioner - it’s not sufficient for the house and they should consider upgrading it to high efficiency.
