The apartment I stayed in was on the ground floor. It was decent and a good size, but nothing extraordinary. The decor felt rather random. Based on the photos, you might expect the rooms to be designed with great taste, but apartment No. 1 was not particularly special. That said, it was very, very clean, and everything was in perfect order. I did find the smell of cleaning products a little strong. I would suggest using products with a more subtle, pleasant fragrance, although it was not a major issue.
The building is in an area that I would not describe as particularly upscale, and it is some distance from the city centre. However, public transport connections to the centre are pretty good, so this was not a problem for me. There are also some nice places to eat within walking distance, which I really appreciated. There is a gym across the street, too, which was nothing fancy, but the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
My main concern was the communication I received before check-in. The messages were misleading and had a significant impact on my sense of security and comfort ahead of my arrival, particularly as I was checking in late. This created unnecessary stress before I had even arrived.
The subsequent communication was also confusing, particularly regarding the compensation initially discussed over the phone and later outlined by email. I appreciate that there may have been a misunderstanding, but the overall communication could have been much clearer and more consistent.
To the hotel’s credit, after I explained my concerns, they followed up with me by phone and ultimately offered a refund equivalent to 50% of the first night’s cost. I considered this a fair resolution and appreciated their willingness to revisit the matter.
Overall, I would encourage the hotel to pay closer attention to how it communicates with guests before arrival and to ensure that any proposed resolutions are clearly explained. The way a problem is handled afterwards matters, but avoiding unnecessary stress in the first place matters just as much.

Everything with the property was fantastic. Lovely free gifts (including an incredibly useful and practical tote bag), well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, clean, modern facilities. I did not lack anything in the apartment. The separation of bedroom and living room/workspace made the apartment an absolute pleasure to be in and also saved money in that you don't feel a constant urge to get out for meals or a drink. Honestly, a facility like this can significantly improve overall wellbeing for week-long trips like the one I had. I can't imagine feeling so 'at home' in a hotel.
The one thing I had in mind was that I didn't often see staff. That was ok for me, but if my wife or any other female relative were staying there alone, the presence of a front-desk person would be somewhat re-assuring. I know that contributes to costs but, spread over the whole occupancy, I think this would be worthwhile.
Also, the washing and rubbish disposal area could have been better indicated and the overall 'comfort' of that area could be improved. It does feel a little isolated down there.
