Too few electric wall plugs in bedrooms to charge mobilephones etc. (only 1 per room).
Only bathroom being on ground floor this should have been annonced - difficult for senior persons bad on stairs at night.
No facilities to hang your cloths in any of the bedrooms.
After getting use to the internal layout we actually enjoyed the place ☺.

Great stay for The Open Golf!
We had a brilliant stay here. The house is in a fantastic location, especially for attending The Open, and having off-road parking was a huge bonus.
Inside, the facilities were great, and the bedrooms were lovely and spacious with really comfortable beds. The hosts were very friendly, communicated clearly throughout, and left milk and biscuits for our arrival which went down a treat!
Lots of great places to eat nearby as well—we used Uber Eats a few times with no issues at all. Would definitely stay again
Shower was a bit fiddly

Lovely bedrooms with clean linen.
Handy to have somewhere to make food during stay.
Had a problem getting into key safe but was resolved quickly and easily by owner.
Needs a bit of TLC.
Broken window pane in bathroom
Broken tiles in shower so water goes down back and washes out black bits around your feet.
Bit of updating required.

The property is a good value for money, the staff were reasonably quite understanding that gave us a well deserved holiday time. This is a home away from home and I'll definitely return back to enjoy the comfort of this property.
