ACHTUNG VOR DIESEM APARTMENT! FOTOS SIND KI GENERIERT UND ENTSPRECHEN NICHT DER WAHRHEIT!

Einzig was gut war die zentrale Lage und vor der Tür die Bushaltestelle. Außer der Straßenlärm vor der Tür bis in die späte Nacht. Piräus selbst ist ein wunderschöner Platz sofern man in einer anderen Unterkunft ist!

Dieses Apartment ist schwerst gesundheitsschädlich und nicht zumutbar! Schwarzer,dichter und massiver Schimmel war im Bad an dem gesamten Querbalken, in der Küche massiv an der Wand zum Bad. Wasserhahn im Bad war völlig locker und lose, bei jedem Einschalten des Wassers hatte man die Sorge, dass der Hahn ausbricht. Im Bad, rechts neben dem WC waren die Fliesen locker und nur mit deinem Klebeband fixiert worden. Die Badewanne war am gesamten Rand mit Schmutz belegt. Der Türgriff zum Schlafzimmer war so unprofessionell montiert, dass sich schon am ersten Tag die Schrauber lösten und dieser nur mehr wackelte. Es wurde auch bei der Wohnungsbeschreibung mit keinem Wort erwähnt das es sich um eine Kellerwohnung handelt. Fenster gab es nur zwei nach außen, wobei der direkte Blick auf die parkenden Autos war. Das im Bad war eher nur zur Deko! Nur zum Kippen. Beim seitlichen Rausschauen sah man dahinter eine Erdwand. Wie in einer Baustellengrube. Das in der Küche hatte ebenfalls eine Erdwand/Baustellengrube dahinter. Dieses Fenster war auch kaputt und hatte einen Sprung. Der Türrahmen bei der Eingangstür sah aus, als würde da noch etwas fehlen und mit Dreck beschmiert. Die Tür blieb auch nicht geschlossen! Man musste immer zusperren oder den Verrieglungshahn einsetzen. Es ist eine dunkle, düstere Kellerwohnung mit so vielen versteckten Mängeln und vielen Kritikpunkten, die noch dazu gesundheitsschädlich sind.

Apartament destul de mare. Pat confortabil.

Gazda total indiferentă și chiar obraznică față de clienți si solicitarile acestora. Pe pagina de Booking figureaza cu parcare si este neadevarat. Internet foarte slab. Dotări vechi și defecte. Filtru de cafea defect. Ușa și mânerul de la baie defecte. Cada la baie foarte murdară. Apartament cu umezeală și mucegai. Covoare, canapea si scaun din dormitor murdare. Tabloul din Living cazut de pe perete. Gresii in Baie lipite cu schoci. Baterie in Baie in stare avansata de degradare. Jaluzele la geamuri defecte. Locația pe Booking gresita. Zgomot foarte mare de la exterior.

Μου άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία γιατί είχε εύκολο πάρκινγκ που για την Αθήνα είναι σημαντικό! Εάν δεν έβρισκα πάνω στο δρόμο είχε ακριβώς από κάτω μια αλάνα με ελεύθερο πάρκινγκ!

Ότι ήταν υπόγειο! Και η πόρτα η μικρή εσωτερικά που ένωνε με την πολυκατοικία! Και το μπάνιο που βγαίναν τα νερά από την μπανιέρα!

Μου άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία γιατί είχε εύκολο πάρκινγκ που για την Αθήνα είναι σημαντικό! Εάν δεν έβρισκα πάνω στο δρόμο είχε ακριβώς από κάτω μια αλάνα με ελεύθερο πάρκινγκ!
