Absolutely wonderful apartment! ❤️ We were so happy with our stay.
The host was incredibly kind and always available. Even before we arrived, she was in touch with us and answered all our questions almost immediately, which made everything so easy and comfortable.
The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need for cooking, and we absolutely loved the balcony - we had breakfast and dinner there almost every day 🥹 My mom was especially in love with the apartment! 😂❤️ Honestly, we could have stayed here much longer.
The whole residence is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by greenery, with a lovely swimming pool. There is so much greenery around that the apartment stayed very comfortable and never felt too hot.
The location is also perfect, close to the train station, the town centre and the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés and other places nearby, but at the same time it is very quiet at night, so you can sleep perfectly.
We honestly loved EVERYTHING - the location, the residence and especially the apartment. For us, it was so much better than staying in a hotel. ❤️ We will definitely come back, hopefully for longer next time, and we will recommend this place to all our friends and family.

Everything was wonderful! ❤️ The only small inconvenience was that swimming caps are mandatory at the pool, so we had to buy them after we arrived ☺️

La casa molto accogliente, il bagno un po' piccolino ma molto molto tranquillo il contesto e c'è anche la piscina condominiale del residence. Il vicinato molto molto alla mano e simpatico. Caterina TOP. GRAZIE.

Die Lage an sich ist gut, die Wohnung ist in einem Areal, dieser ist mit einem Tor geschützt.
Der Pool ist sauber und wird von einem Bademeister betreut. Es ist BADEKAPPEN-PFLICHT! steht nicht in der Anzeige.
Der Garten an sich ist super groß und wäre eigentlich schön aber.. siehe unten bei negativ.
Die Sauberkeit des Apartments war definitv nicht i.O. dafür das man für eine Endreinigung 70 Euro bezahlt eigentlich utopisch. Wir haben den Urlaub nach 4 Tagen abgebrochen (geplant 7 Tage).
Bad: Da wir uns so sehr geekelt haben diese Dusche zu verwenden. Der Duschvorhang und das Silikon in der Dusche hat bereits geschimmelt als wir ankamen.
Küche: Die Dichtung im Kühlschrank und das Küchenbrett hat geschimmelt, teilweise war die Küche beschädigt (Leiste hing runter), Schranktüre geht nicht rein, in der Gefriertruhe war noch altes Eis (ausgelaufen vom Vorgänger) etc. wir waren definitv nicht zurfrieden.
Garten: Der Garten auf der Seite wo das Apartment ist darf nicht benutzt werden, dort ist ein Schild angebracht mit "Fussballverbot" und "Hunde an der Leine". Wir hatten zwar keine Hunde, aber draußen im Garten konnten meine 2 kleinen Kinder nicht spielen. Auf der anderen Seite der Straße war ein kleiner Spielplatz (mit Rutsche und Schaukel) für die Öffentlichkeit, ohne Schatten.
Allgemein: es gibt keine Klimanalage wir hatten 29 Grad in der Wohnung -> defintiv keine Erholung
Das Küchenbrett wurde zwar getauscht, das hab ich gleich bemängelt. Aber grundsätzlich ist dieser Schimmel in jeglicher Art und Weiße wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, nicht 1 Tag alt, sondern defintiv älter.
Ich denke meine Enttäuschung und Beurteilung ist nachvollziehbar.
