Great location, ideal stop over that included a nice walk into Exmouth, birdwatching along the Estuary and great fish and chips recommended by the host.
I liked the quiet, secluded location and welcoming host. The room had everything I needed for a cosy stay, including the heating being on, warm, clean shower and comfy bed.
They also sent very clear directions ahead of my stay which led to finding the location successfully.

This is a lovely place tucked away in the grounds of a posh hotel. Easy access to coastal walks and nearby towns whilst giving a real feel of being far from the madding crowds! The host leaving us some tea, coffee, bread and jam was a very welcome bonus.
We were happy with all of it.

Great location. Friendly and helpful hosts.
Decor very tired. Large fridge but no other kitchen facilities.
