Staff we're exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Some public toilets beside the beach need 100% up grading

The hotel is large, has lovely swimming pools and is located right in front of the beach, which is a great advantage for a relaxing holiday.
However, the real highlight of this hotel is the friendliness of some of its staff, who make a real difference to the guests’ experience.
We would especially like to mention Moamen Ramadan from the entertainment team, Mr. Aissam, and the pool bar staff member, for their kindness, friendliness and attentiveness.
A very special thank you also goes to Mr. Aissam, who prepares the eggs every morning for breakfast at the Ivory restaurant. He is an exceptionally friendly person who always has a kind word and a smile on his face.
It is these small gestures and genuine kindness that make the stay even more enjoyable and leave us with wonderful memories.
The main thing we didn't like was the food. It was very different from the Mediterranean cuisine we are used to, and the meals were repetitive, with very little variety.
The snacks were practically non-existent or extremely limited, which was disappointing, especially for an all-inclusive hotel.
On the day of our arrival, the check-in process was very confusing and disorganised. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting us seemed impatient, which did not make a good first impression after a long journey.Another negative point was the constant insistence from some staff members trying to convince us to book activities and excursions outside the hotel. This was uncomfortable and sometimes made it difficult to relax and enjoy our holiday in peace.
