The room had a functioning AC, and the power backup was a big plus, especially in the hot weather. Having an AC is essential in that kind of heat, so it made the stay much more comfortable. The small refrigerator in the room was also useful for keeping mineral water cold. The bed was of average quality—not the most comfortable, but decent enough for a short stay. Overall, the basic amenities were available, and the room served its purpose, though there is some room for improvement in terms of comfort.
The bathroom mirror was broken, and the shower knob was also damaged. The drinking water provided by the hotel had an unusual taste, so I had to buy multiple water bottles myself. The toiletries provided were insufficient, so I’d recommend bringing your own toothpaste and toothbrush. It’s also better to carry two sets of towels.
Another major issue was the lack of room service. The manager was handling everything himself, which meant there was very little assistance available for guests. The hotel should hire at least 2–3 staff members to help with room service and other guest requests. This would significantly improve the overall experience and make the stay more comfortable. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its bathroom maintenance, basic amenities, and guest services.
