It was clean facilities, clear instruction for check-in, easy access to the digital room key, large shared kitchen area.
Reception staff late in the shared area, so I had to depart late to leave my luggage after checked out.

Location, staff were very friendly.
Quite just a cross of the train station
Very safe!!
No glasses in the room to drink water.
They have all kinds of perks you need to ask!!
We did not like the German train DB

Location close to trains and trams and main sights but still quiet. Staff were helpful and full kitchen was great with plenty of complementary milks tea and coffee.
