Broken or dagmaged kitchen equipment No basic kitchen supplies, i.e. pepper or tea bags. Or long life milk. Not even a full roll of toilet paper. Tired towels Needed a good clean. Roller blind bead chainsnot secured unsafe if young children staying. Recycling bin but no instructions on where to put it.. Musty smell.

This is not really a motel/hotel it is more like an air Bnb. I was expecting apartments similar to mantra.

Good location,

No tea or coffee, no basics. Asked to clean up after which was fine but asked to remove rubbish but no where to put the rubbish, had to take it with us. We had no hot water on first day.

Very disappointing and regret booking this place. The room was dirty, damp, and poorly maintained — definitely not worth

Location is great.

The cleanliness of the apartment needs serious improvement. The facilities are quite old, and together with poor cleaning, they give a cheap and uncomfortable impression. The toilet seat is smaller than the toilet itself, which looks mismatched and unhygienic. There is a visible ring of stains inside the toilet bowl. The bathroom floor drain was covered with black stains — clearly not something that could have formed in just a few days, showing long-term neglect. The air conditioner was noisy and sometimes stopped working, and the room had a damp smell. When we checked in late on the first night, we didn’t notice all these issues immediately, but we did see a thick layer of dust on the bedside table and lamp, which we cleaned ourselves. As we were very busy during the following days and our son became sick, we didn’t have time to follow up with the management. Only later did we notice mold on the window frame and sticky, greasy dust on the floor lamp beside the sofa — not normal surface dust, but the kind that shows it hasn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. When we reported these problems, the management said that since we didn’t complain immediately after check-in, they wouldn’t take responsibility. We had to suspect that the poor hygiene may have contributed to our child’s illness. We ended up leaving early and moving to another accommodation, and his cough noticeably improved that very night. Another inconvenience: there are no luggage trolleys in the lobby, which makes it difficult to move heavy suitcases. We were extremely busy at that time, and with our child unwell, we didn’t follow up with further complaints. Now that we have finally settled down and calmed our minds, we wanted to write this review — not to ask for any refund or compensation, but simply to remind future guests to be aware and check the cleanliness carefully before staying.
