- This single-story home requires a small step for entry
- There is an optional pool heat fee of $20/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). During the winter months, the pool heater will not raise the water above 80 degrees. Additionally, when the outside temperature is below 50 degrees, the pool heater will remain off to prevent damage to the equipment
- The pool cleaner comes every Thursday around 12:00 PM; they do not have access to any interior space
- There is routine lawn maintenance every other Saturday that occurs during the mid to late morning
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is on the front facing the driveway, camera 2 is on the side facing the gate/pool equipment, and camera 3 is a doorbell camera facing the exterior front entry. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

The villa was clean and comfortable, the beds cosy. The pool and spa were great and the outside TV a bonus in the evenings. Good location and close to shopping and restaurants. Sandra was very good at responding to the issues we raised.

We had a wonderful 7-night stay at this property. The house was very clean and well kept, and communication with the management company, Sandra, was excellent.
She responded quickly, was very accommodating when we needed to add an extra night. It made the whole experience stress-free.
Overall, it was a great stay, and we highly recommend this property. If we ever return to the area for work, this will be our first choice!

Amazing stay. We went with 2 of our grandchildren and there was so much room. Kitchen was stocked and spacious. Kiss ran around so much room.
Pool and hot tub was great.

The place was clean and comfortable. Nive pool to relax at the end of each day. Close to I75, Publix and Starbucks. A short drive to the beaches. Highly recommended
