Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war gut, die Organisation mit der Schlüssel und Appartment Übergabe ebenso, in französisch und auch in deutsch. Küchenausstattung ok, Tee oder Kaffeekapseln wäre schön gewesen, dann hätten wir welche nach kaufen können. Superwaschmaschine mit Trockner, Mikrowelle und Cerankochfeld sehr gute Ausstattung. Garage top!
800 m zur nächsten Metrostation.
Wohnung sauber, gute Matratze.
Keine Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurant oder Bar in der Nähe der Wohnung.
Kein WiFi! Das habe ich bei der Buchung übersehen.

Well-located, within walking distance from Parilly tube station (about 10/15 minute). Peaceful neighbourhood, private basement parking, which is comfy with the high temperatures because you find your car cool and ready to go. For us it wasn't a problem, but beware that the studio is on the third floor and there's no lift.
The bathroom has a source of natural light, but it does not have a window that can be opened, so it becomes extremely hot and humid when you take a shower, something similar to a sauna. There's no Aircon in the studio, which seems to be a a feature of French city flats from what we have understood, so that makes nights unbearably hot. The provided electric fan does little during the heatwave.

La facilité des transports autour, le garage est bienvenu. L'ambiance visuelle du logement est agréable.
Pas de machine à café. Pas de minimum de toilette. Ma compagne a subi une attaque de fourmis rouge dans le lit. Le lave linge sécheur, déclenché par le propriétaire, a tourné pendant 5 heures dans le logement
