The hotel itself is beautiful, specially the rooftop. But the customer service by Mohamed and mahmoud was exceptional- they took care of everything we could possibly ask and more

The hotel has a unique and beautiful design that gives it so much character. Located on the West Bank, it offers a peaceful atmosphere in a local neighborhood, surrounded by greenery that makes you feel relaxed and happy. You can even see the hot air balloons from the hotel, which is such a lovely sight!
The room was comfortable, and the bed was soft, making it a great place to rest after a day of exploring the West Bank. Its location is also convenient for visiting attractions on this side of Luxor.
One tip for future guests: arrange your transportation in advance. Getting an Uber to the West Bank can be quite complicated, as drivers often ask for extra money. I recommend hiring a private driver for the day to avoid unnecessary hassle and make your trip much smoother.
