Right from the second we walked on board, Mr. Bruce Lee took care of our luggage and made the check-in super easy while explaining the whole schedule. During meals, Mr. Lucas was constantly checking on us—he remembered my partner's coffee order on day two without us even asking. And for the Sung Sot Cave trip, Mr. Johnathan was brilliant. He spent extra time sharing local stories and answering all our questions. You can tell they actually care about giving guests a great experience. The main downside was having to leave so soon—a one-night stay is definitely not enough to enjoy everything on board.

Frome moment we stepped onboard, everything felt elegant yet welcoming. The room was quiet, beautifully designed, and featured one of the most comfortable beds we've slept in during our travels. Every excursion was well organized, but our favorite was exploring Sung Sot Cave because of its incredible size and unique rock formations. Throughout the cruise, Mr. Lucas provided outstanding restaurant service, Mr. Johnathan much each excursion enjoyable with interesting stories, and Mr. Bruce Lee ensured everything ran perfectly. We left feeling that the crew truly cared about creating memorable experiences rather than simply providing a service.

The cabin was spacious enough for the whole family, and the staff were incredibly patient with younger guests. The bamboo boat ride through Luon Cave was peaceful and offered fantastic opportunities to take photos. Mr. Johnathan was friendly, funny, and made sure everyone stayed together during the excursion. The cruise was fully booked, so some common areas became a little busy before sunset

The food was not good at all, and the cruise was not moving—it was static at the very beginning of Ha Long Bay.
