Reef Resort. Port Douglas

Location, parking, air con throughout

Hob kept switching off whilst cooking, bathroom doors odd and didn't lock

7 / 10

A comfortable stay within walking distance to town.

Good location. Pool was nice too. Comfortable beds.

Tap in the kitchen was wobbly.

9 / 10

Beautiful place.

Pool is nice close to beach

The air conditioner on living room leaked alot of water. Made floor very slippery. Didn’t realize no elevator at time of booking. But apartment was great

8 / 10

Our stay was nice but the above issues were frustrating and the apartment were filling up with back packers who were wor

Nice pool area, rooms were clean however the kitchen was ill-equipped regarding items in the kitchen.

No spray to clean the benches and bathroom inc the toilet as we were there for 8 nights not being able to clean the toilet was not acceptable, there is no change of linen or clean so we had to wash the towels but there was no washing powder. I know these are just small things but at $335. Per night I would expect a bit more.

Gemütlich eingerichtet und gute Lage

Eiskalt! Klimaanlage liess sich nicht regeln per Fernbedienung, nur manuell ganz ausschalten. Viel Getöse im Treppenhaus bis tief in die Nacht! Sehr hellhörig!
