A beautiful place with great potential, but poor maintenance and no real support from the host ruined the experience.
Stayed in this great apartment for only 3 days and want to say that the building itself, the security, the pool and gym and the apartment itself was great. I was just very unsatisfied and unhappy with the maintenance and organization.
The appartment is amazing, but once you start using it….
But actually it all started before my stay. I tried to contact property and requested early check in. After about a week of unsuccessful trying to reach the property someone answered me and requested 1000 dirham deposit.
Okay. Done that, and after that I’ve got the respond that early check in is not possible.
That was the first red flag. As I stopped by at my relatives, because early check in was not an option I arrived to the apartment very late and by the next morning I find out The shower is broken. I am going outside to see the view from a big and beautiful balcony and what I see? The door is broken and it is impossible to lock it. Should I mention I have heard people complaining in the same issue while I was checking in?
I try to calm down and decide to drink coffee. Guess what ? Coffee machine is not working.
I want to go to the pool, and get zero information from trophy stays/booking about where is it located, how do I get there? Where is the garbage room? I had to figure it out myself by asking random people in the building.
All that is not anyhow being fixed by the renters and finally someone sends me “the team” that I had to wait for another 30 minutes.
I spent 3 hours all in all to speak to the security, some hostess that suggested me to stand next to the door to the pool and wait until it’s open after what comes some man to fix the shower. Tells me he needs another 1.5-2 hours and he will come back.
Okay. I asked the man to contact me before they come, as I’m leaving the apartment but will be around and come as soon as They call. I’m going to the pool, by the time I come back there’s 2 men in my place, fixing the shower.

No information about the building upon my arrival/check in
No early check in
Poor communication with the customer
