Die Lage war super, da man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut unterwegs ist. Die Unterkunft hatte alles Nötige und war insgesamt zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Wir hatten überraschenderweise keine der von anderen Nutzern beschriebenen Probleme, das Apartment zu finden. Die Kommunikation hinsichtlich Adresse und Keybox war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 3.Stock und befindet sich etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg von der U-und S-Bahn Station Praterstern entfernt. Von dort ist es kein Problem, mit ÖPNV überall in die Stadt zu gelangen, was wir aber meist nicht genutzt haben, sondern wir sind stattdessen fast immer zu Fuß dorthin gegangen. Nach drei Tagen merkt man schon, dass das nicht eben um die Ecke liegt und man sollte dann schon seine Runden entsprechend planen. Im näheren Umfeld zum Apartment gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, so dass eine Selbstversorgung leicht möglich ist.
Wie schon andere Nutzer schrieben gibt es ein (erhebliches) Problem mit dem Geruch im Bad. Dort befindet sich ein riesiger Warmwasserspeicher, der auch bei den 33 Grad Außentemperatur während unseres Aufenthaltes permanent für extreme Hitze im Bad gesorgt hat und das Geruchsproblem vermutlich noch verstärkt hat. Die Küchenausstattung ist schlicht gesagt recht dürftig. Sollte es WLAN geben? Laut Beschreibung nicht und wir haben auch keine Existenz eines brauchbaren WLANs feststellen können. Das Bett fanden wir ebenfalls nicht besonders bequem und es gibt KEINE Klimaanlage, nur einen Standventilator. Und zum Treppenhau des Grauens...naja, wir haben schon ähnlich schlimme Hausflure in anderen Objekten gesehen, aber hier scheint man zumindest mal irgendwann angefangen zu haben, etagenweise etwas zu renovieren. Man darf hier eben nicht empfindlich sein, sonst wird man sich eher fürchten als wohlfühlen.

Decent location. Clean apartment.
We landed late night and we taken to a deserted street, to an under renovation building with the floor literally in pieces. The apartment was on the 3rd floor with NO elevator! We had to lug 3 large suitcases up 3 (pretty high) floors only to see the entrance to the apartment was across a broken wooden plank!!
The apartment itself was as shown in the pictures, pretty clean but lacking even handwash.
This was absolutely unexpected and for a very high price (we were getting hotels at the same price). We asked to move out next day but the response from the owner was "elevator and AC was never mentioned in the amenities and we're sorry you feel unsafe in the building". No empathy, no explanation, no reassurance.
It turned out to be a decent area and a convenient location and over our 5 day stay some of yhe renovation work also completed but I still wouldn't pay this much for this property. There are bound to be better options.
