Spacious and superb location.

The location was great right in the heart of Saltburn. The apartment is clean bright and airy with sea and hill views.
The entrance hall. Don’t let this put you off. The kitchen lacked enough equipment to cook for 6 and we stayed in to eat a couple of nights. We managed though.

Great location, well equipped and spacious
The rest of the building required some attention

The apartment itself is huge, well appointed and nicely furnished. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The fixtures and fittings are of high quality. It was excellent value for money.
The apartment is on the top floor of a shared building and the entrance and communal areas are horrible. The hall is damp, with an unpleasant smell, the carpets are threadbare and the wall paper is hanging off the walls. At least one window looked like it was dropping out and the lighting is insufficient and flickered in a way that made me glad no one in our party suffers from epilepsy.
