The accommodation is really comfortable and can easily stay with 12-14 persons. Highly recommend for group stay.
The Manager, Muniswaran is very friendly and accommodating. Well done.
The car porch is a bit small. Only able to park 1 MPV

Spacious rooms.
I asked for additional kitchen utensils such as chopping board and scissors - management quickly sent them over.
Security.
Every part of villa has air-cond, well lit and has good ventilation.
Kitchen tap without tap head, thus splashes when washing. Timber on staircase steps broke, however when highlighted, management sent men to quickly repair.
Certain bathrooms did not have hand towels - but I did not bother to ask for them.

Villa is big, clean and comfortable for our family. Location is great, near Batu Ferringhi beach
it would be better with mirrors in the rooms
