Hi, I wish to raise a complaint in regards to my stay at the caravan, On arrival the caravan smell very bad like drugs

Hi, I wish to raise a complaint in regards to my stay at the caravan, On arrival the caravan smell very bad like drugs (Cannabis) So we opened the windows and doors to air this out. On further inspection we noticed this caravan had not been cleaned properly what so ever there was dirty cupboards, Glasses cutlery, Oven trays. Even the bin was dirty and behind the bin (up the wall was filthy) This is not acceptable what so ever. Later to find that we had no choice but to try and clean some as we had kids there. And when we moved the coffee table, We found drugs underneath the table over the floor. At this stage I was furious ! We wanted a nice time away and encountered all these issue and now drugs over the floor with the kids their. Also the main door had a big whole in the top so was letting in a big breeze all night, And the patio doors we ONE we could not shut as it had dropped to one side! I have all the pictures necessary to forward for to wherever required. I raised a complaint to the people that look after the caravans and they not this was not acceptable. After some time. They said that someone would come and clean it ! (Which should of been checked and cleaned prior) I said we were out and didn’t really want some there with all our belonging so maybe when we are back. This was just very uncomfortable for myself and my family. Said about moving van but we needed one close to the facility’s as we have 2 autistic children. And they only had one really far from. They offered £100. For the issues we received. Which was not good enough for what we went through. Especially to find drugs and the smell and dirty stuff! So I refused. And with to take this further. Sorry for the long message, I hope you can see this from our perspective and understand that this is not acceptable what so ever.

Beautiful caravan, beautiful location, served its purpose for the night.

me, my son and his friend stayed for 1 night as we were attending the Goodwood Festival of Speed the next morning so just needed somewhere to crash for the night. The caravan was beautiful, easy to find with all of Fiona's instructions and maps. The beach is absolutely beautiful only a minute walk away.

It was a lively site! We needed to be up at 5am so trying to get an early night wasn't easy. But it didn't ruin our experience.

A great family gathering that everyone went home happy

The property was located really close to a beautiful pebble beach less than a minute walk away. The site is very large and has loads of activities for everyone the free shuttle bus was great for getting you from one part of the park to the other side considering how big and busy the site was and being located on the main complex the property was located in a very pleasant and peaceful spot .the property was modern well equipped and the bath was a bonus we all had a very relaxing stay.

Great beach holiday apartment

It is a lovely, clean apartment with the necessary facilities to make your stay feel homely. It is a walking distance to Windmill beach. There are fair rides for family with young children as well.
