Absolutely everything. It is such a modern hotel right in the heart of Pontocho.. literally 5 minutes walk to the stations and bus stops. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer hotel, with so much room in the room & location 1000/10

The hotel is well located, although the downside is that it’s close to a nightlife area, so it can get quite noisy. Our room was also extremely small - there was barely enough space to open my suitcase.
On the positive side, everything was very clean, and the hotel provided a good range of amenities.
The whole experience felt a bit impersonal, though. Everything is self-service, from check-in and check-out to entering the building with a code, so you barely interact with any staff. This might actually be a plus for some guests who appreciate convenience and independence, but personally, I found it a little soulless and missed the human touch.
- The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to open a suitcase.
- The location can be noisy, especially at night, due to the nearby nightlife area.

Great location and very clean and modern hotel. Staff were very polite and accomodating to all our needs.
