Perfect Layover for Us

This was a great property to stay at when we were traveling by train from London and then taking the Ferry to Dublin the next morning. Most everything in the town was closed (restaurant wise) but we found a great Pizza shop and we ordered some food, waited there while the nice ladies made the order and brought it back to apartment. Perfect

Nothing was bad.

Very helpful host. No trouble in allowing us to stay as late as possible in the appointment due to boat sailing bending

Perfect location to walk to the port.

The location was great. Walkable to the ferry port. Nicely appointed, clean. Comfortable.

We didn’t realize it was around the corner so we drove about a bit in the dark, confused. A local on the street finally showed us the door around the corner. An image showing the proximity to the George’s pub or maybe even a statement that says it’s behind the fountain, would have been good. Our friend who drove had to park the car in the car park a street below. It was dark and she said the steps up to the building needed cleared of brush. She was afraid to walk through it in the dark. She walked up further away steps to avoid those. It was a bit of a hike for her.

The proximity to the ferry port was very good. The beds were comfortable.

There were a lot of stairs, but no stair railing or banister. The layout was very strange. Wish there was a bathroom on each level with a bedroom.
