The apartment had everything inside that you would need for a short stay appart from an iron. The security system was a lovely novelty as we hadn't experienced that before.
Once we entered we were greeted with the toliet flush broken. I messaged and rang the host, it took them far too long to answer and give us directions on pulling the internal part. There was a gutter smell coming from the bathroom too. There was no natural light in the apartment we stayed it. Check in details are confusing and very strick with timings.

Appartamento molto bello, moderno, nuovo e curato, situato in una zona tranquilla. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la qualità dell’alloggio e la tranquillità della posizione.
La gestione delle comunicazioni con gli ospiti, praticamente inesistente. Nonostante avessi inviato con diversi giorni di anticipo richieste e domande relative al soggiorno, non ho ricevuto risposta. Anche il giorno del check-in ho dovuto sollecitare informazioni, mentre il codice di accesso non era ancora attivo a pochi minuti dall’orario previsto. Un’organizzazione decisamente da migliorare.

Fully renovated, very modern house and apartments within, comfy and spacious rooms, nice bathroom. It’s especially lovely that the apartment looks to a small square with orange 🍊 trees. It was quiet, still walking distance from all the important spots in Sevilla
