We liked everything, and Timisoara took us by surprise, so pretty and modern. Very professional host (online via Whatsapp), the apartment was CLEAN, this includes the shelfs inside the kitchen, the inside of the fridge, oven, even the dish washer itself. The bathrooms were equally clean and drawers were empty and ready to be used. The aircon was perfectly installed in all rooms, it really felt like in a 5-star hotel room. There was even a 20 liter water cooler in the room ready to be used, this sets a new standard for rentals. Everything felt new and current. 10/10.
Nothing. The outside of the complex looks like a building from the 1970's, but don't get fooled by the outside, the whole area is booming, and people in this area drives new cars and wears ironed white shirts for work. At ground level of the complex, there is modern shop with fresh fruit, veggies, bread and milk. Google map pictures are outdated, reality is much better.

Fantastic remodeled apartment with views of the old town just a few minutes walk to the historic squares. Grocery store is even closer. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and has strong A/C in multiple rooms. Owner/manager responded quickly to requests and was very accommodating. Washing machine is quiet and works great, even a drying rack available on the huge enclosed balcony.
Our stay was perfect.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Heart of the City 3 und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Wir waren drei Nächte und vier Tage dort und hätten uns keine bessere Wahl vorstellen können. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – mitten im Herzen der wunderschönen Stadt Timișoara. Alles war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar: die Altstadt, Restaurants, Cafés und die tolle Atmosphäre dieser lebendigen Stadt.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber: unglaublich freundlich, extrem zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Fragen wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an bestens betreut gefühlt. Genau so wünscht man sich Gastfreundschaft!
Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber, komfortabel und ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft jedem, der Timișoara besucht. Vielen Dank für die großartige Erfahrung!
