Un beau petit appartement idéalement situé, pratique et fonctionnel :) Très calme permettant de bien récupérer d'une journée au bord de la mer. On reviendra !

Déçus par la conciergerie qui gère le bien

Appartement bien équipé et propre. Livret d'accueil tres bien fait.

A l'arrivée, eau générale (froide et chaude) coupee, électricité coupee au compteur, frigo et congélateur laissés ouverts non allumés avec même la molette intérieure sur off (donc inutiles puisque ca prend du temps a refroidir), sac poubelle pas mis : on se retrouve a faire la préparation de l'appart alors qu'il devrait être prêt pour notre arrivée. Heures d'arrivée rigides. On est arrivés a 19h45 j'ai du supplier et expliquer pour qu'on nous attende : ça serait mieux une boîte a clés pour ne pas stresser. Je reçois un message de la concierge : "19h30 grand maximum après je ne serai pas disponible" => bonjour le stress quand vous faites la route avec les enfants. A l'arrivée elle me dit que le départ le lendemain c'est 10h et me dit qu elle sera la a 10h pile. En vérifiant sur booking j'ai vu que c'était 11h et pas 10h. Donc la conciergerie ne connaît pas les horaires du logement qu'elle gère. Enfin, c'est marqué piscine mais attention vous ne pouvez pas en profiter le jour du depart. On est venus pour 1 nuit j avais réservé pour la piscine, et la concierge n'a pas voulu nous donner les bracelets car elle dit que ça doit aller aux prochains visiteurs et que ça ne sert a rien qu'on les ait puisque la piscine ne sera pas ouverte avant 10h. Déjà on aurait dû avoir les bracelets car en théorie on aurait pu y aller de 10h a 11h. Et deuxièmement les prochains arrivent a 15h elle aurait pu nous les prêter et nous demander même une caution pour qu'on les rende impérativement avant 13h par exemple. Ca ne lui aurait rien coûte, la caution l'aurait securisee et les enfants n'auraient pas été déçus. Mais elle n'a pas cherché de solution c'était juste non et c est tout. Et enfin dans le tarif les draps ne sont pas fournis. Je pense que les propriétaires du logement n'ont rien a se reprocher mais la conciergerie n'est clairement pas au niveau.
