It was amazing

I liked the fact that the place was not difficult to locate and also the light was on 24/7 and the internet service was amazing all through my stay

I did not like the parlour couches, I think they should be fumigated

Bad management

Nothing

Zimmy apartments staff does value customers relationship at al. I made reservation and I received message that I will be contacted before checking in. I contacted the facility for payment, the receptionist said she will get back to me which she never did. I was still on transit when I received message from the facility that I need to pay before 12noon. I told the caller that I did not have the account to pay. It was sent in and i paid. Only for me to get Abuja I got a message that my reservation was cancelled and my money was refunded. I am so disappointed and disappointed and disorganised.

It was a satisfying experience

Cool and serene environment...

Disappointing! I had to leave to seek alternative accommodation without staying the night.

I did not wait. What I saw physically was different from what I saw posted on Bookings.com. I left immediately after walking through the property, to seek alternative accommodation.

Surrounding was dirty! I was taken into a flat which is part of several other obviously occupied rental flats where I was greeted at the stairway by a poorly clad child from another flat. Room was tucked in a corner. Bathroom was small and had a bucket in place. I asked for availability of hot water to bath and was told that there wasn't unless I went to make some in the kitchen! Room and bathroom were unwelcoming - not clean! Exposed electrical wiring was seen and really looked unsafe. AC in the room worked though.
